A complete CNC controlled work cell that is capable of producing all types of cope and stick 5-piece doors, with production capacity of up to 800 doors per shift with a single operator.
The Vertongen PenPro Compact Kitchen is a fully CNC-controlled combination of the Pentho Compact Kitchen single-end tenoner and the Profil Compact Kitchen profile moulder for cope and stick joints. This work cell allows a single operator to produce cabinet door rails and stiles while managing multiple workstations. Pieces are accurately sized, squared and machined in less than a minute without manual setup between different profiles.
Highlights
Fully CNC controlled spindle positioning of 300mm stacked spindle, able to carry up to 9 profiles.
CNC controlled length and width fences for perfect sizing of components.
Completely enclosed working area eliminates access to tools while in rotation, providing maximum operator safety.
